On a flat plot next to the sea at the South-East part of Paros, scattered with schina plants (σχίνα) a new building complex for 18 people is about to be constructed. The main house, bohemian in style, includes a planted patio, a central element to augment natural lighting and fresh air to the interior. Besides the main house, two guest houses, an underground structure to host the staff and an art studio complete the design. The whole complex is visually consolidated through a pergolabridging all houses together.
